Our technicians are capable of performing all duties associated with installation oversight, checkout, and startup/commissioning of building automation systems. They have demonstrated knowledge and experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of building automation systems, as well as hands-on software/GUI experience, and a strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC. The in-house and on-the-job training they receive provides the foundation for growth within our organization.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-Year post-H.S. HVAC Degree, Certificate, or equivalent H.S. vocational technical
    training.
  • Fundamental understanding of HVAC, control systems, and installation practices
  • Minimum 1-year experience installing and servicing commercial HVAC systems
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information about products and systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software a plus
  • Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
