BAS Technician – DE, NJ, PA 

Our Technicians are capable of performing all duties associated with installation oversight, checkout, and startup/commissioning of building automation systems. They have demonstrated knowledge and experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of building automation systems, as well as hands-on software/GUI experience, and a strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC. The in-house and on-the-job training they receive provides the foundation for growth within our organization.


Security Sales Engineer – Chadds Ford, PA

Radius Systems is a full-service provider of Security Systems, HVAC and Lighting Control Systems, and Indoor Environmental Quality systems and services in the mid-Atlantic region. As an authorized dealer for RS2 Technologies, Exacq, GuardRFID, and Certified Integrator for Assa Abloy, we are seeking a qualified and motivated security sales engineer in the Delaware/Southeastern PA area to join our rapidly growing security team.

The duties of this position include all sales functions including, site surveys, writing scope of work and proposals, sales presentation documents, sales/marketing materials, arrangement of client meetings and lunch and learns, and presentation of proposals related to security system sales. Preferred background is an individual who has performed security sales for the past 1-5 years or an individual who has performed engineering design/programming/commissioning in the building security system industry for the past 1-3 years, who would enjoy the challenge of a sales career for a rapidly growing business.

Radius Systems is a full-service provider of HVAC, Security, and Lighting Control Systems in the mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking an individual for performing part-time material delivery duties.  Responsibilities of this position include assisting with parts receiving, staging/packing material for shipment, loading materials into company vehicle(s), driving company vehicle to/from job sites to deliver parts, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • Valid/current drivers license and clean driving record for the past 5 years
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in material management/warehousing role

Service Applications Engineer – DE, NJ, PA 

Radius Systems is seeking to hire a motivated Service Applications Engineer in the Delaware/Eastern PA/Southern NJ area to join our rapidly growing business.

Our service engineers perform a variety of work related to these systems – Customer remote support, technical issue problem solving, and design/programming/graphical interfaces of system additions for our existing building automation clients. Duties will include use of CAD software to develop controls design packages, development of system input/output listings, product selection, sequence of operations, development and troubleshooting of all application programming for each system, and development of user interface.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma plus post high school technical degree in the Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Automation Engineering fields
  • Working knowledge of Visio, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities and Duties:

Seeking a full-time accountant to assist the Controller in performing all accounting and financing support tasks for the entire business. This position entails supporting business accounting functions, including AR/AP, monthly financial reports, certified payroll for state and federal prevailing wage projects and other payroll related tasks, and assist in developing year-end financial statements.
