Security Sales Engineer – Chadds Ford, PA

Radius Systems is seeking to hire a motivated Security Sales Engineer to join our rapidly growing business.

The duties of this position include all sales functions including, site surveys, estimating, writing scope of work and proposals, sales presentation documents, sales/marketing materials, arrangement of client meetings and lunch and learns, and presentation of proposals related to security system sales. Preferred background is an individual who has performed security sales for the past 1-5 years or an individual who has performed engineering design/programming/commissioning in the building security system industry for the past 1-3 years, who would enjoy the challenge of a sales career for a rapidly growing business.

Project Manager – DE, PA

Radius Systems is a full-service provider of Security Systems, HVAC and Lighting Control Systems, and Indoor Environmental Quality systems and services in the mid-Atlantic region. The project manager will perform project management duties related to the construction of Building Automation Systems (BAS) for the control of HVAC, Security, and Lighting in commercial buildings. We design and build BAS for hospitals, college campuses, manufacturing plants, military sites, data centers, and more. Duties include assisting and learning from Senior Project Managers all aspects of project management – subcontractor procurement/management, resource allocation, scheduling, billing, forecasting, client interface, financial performance, and project closeout.


BAS Technician – DE, NJ, PA 

Our Technicians are capable of performing all duties associated with installation oversight, checkout, and startup/commissioning of building automation systems. They have demonstrated knowledge and experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of building automation systems, as well as hands-on software/GUI experience, and a strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC. The in-house and on-the-job training they receive provides the foundation for growth within our organization.


Installation Technician – DE and PA

The duties of the position include installation of wiring, devices, and controllers for Building Automation Systems, along with hardware checkout of those systems. Candidate must have demonstrated electrical installation knowledge and experience, with knowledge of building automation systems testing/startup, and HVAC systems a plus.

Security Installation Technician – Chadds Ford, PA

Radius Systems is a full-service provider of Security Systems and services in the mid-Atlantic region. We are seeking qualified and motivated security installers specializing in Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intercom, and related Security Systems to support our rapid growth in Pennsylvania and Delaware. This includes new construction, retrofits, and system upgrades for commercial and industrial installations.

The duties of the position include installation of wiring, devices, door hardware, and controller enclosures for Security Systems. Candidate must have demonstrated electrical installation knowledge and experience of Security Systems, device hardware installation, and NFPA code requirements. Access Control and VMS systems startup and checkout experience a plus.

Service Account Manager – Chadds Ford, PA

Seeking a motivated individual to join our expanding Sales team to support our rapidly growing business. Responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Estimate projects, including material take-offs, subcontractor pricing, all engineering and labor estimates, and work with Sales Engineering Manager to develop pricing.
  • Perform sales functions – develop scope of work and proposals, develop and assemble sales presentation documents, develop sales/marketing materials,\ arrange client meetings, arrange and perform lunch and learns or other presentations, present proposals.
  • Attend on-site project meetings as required by the GC, CM, Owner and contract holder.
  • Develop or assist in developing engineering documents as required to sell projects or develop technical proposals.
  • Perform project management duties and/or project follow-up on projects as assigned.
  • Review project plans and specifications, including plans and specifications to understand the scopes and requirements of projects.
  • Perform periodic site visits to review progress of a project to ensure that all schedules and deadlines can be maintained.

Combine a technical background with the creative world of marketing by clearly articulating the technical differentiators of industry leading products in a variety of marketing mediums. Collaborate with the sales team in a cross-functional environment to drive strategic market growth using multiple marketing channels.

  • Work with Sales team to develop new customer prospects in the market segments designated by business sales goals.
  • Create innovative digital campaigns/newsletters, website, and Linkedin content that position Radius Systems as industry thought leaders.

Service Applications Engineer – Chadds Ford, PA

Radius Systems is seeking to a hire motivated Service Applications Engineer to join our rapidly growing business.

Our service engineers perform a variety of work related to these systems – Customer remote support, technical issue problem solving, and design/programming/graphical interfaces of system additions for our existing building automation clients. Duties will include use of CAD software to develop controls design packages, development of system input/output listings, product selection, sequence of operations, development and troubleshooting of all application programming for each system, and development of user interface.

  • High school diploma plus post high school technical degree in the Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Automation Engineering fields
  • Working knowledge of Visio, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Demonstrated knowledge and fluency at least one BAS or scientific programming language
