The Radius Systems philosophy on Customer Training:

At Radius Systems we believe in supporting our partners in the best way for their individual needs. This varies from our highest level service support agreements to providing the tools to have as much autonomy with their system as desired. We never hold our customers hostage to any system or service provider and strive to provide them with the tools to solve problems internally. Customer Training is at the core of our philosophy to be the best facility automation systems integrator in the region.

All courses are held in our state of the art, in office training facility. The training space is fully equipped with functioning sensors connected to a demo building that students update in real time. There is also a custom-built mini Air Handling Unit with fully functional, controllable dampers, meters, and valves to assist in hardware education and advanced programming. We are committed to keeping class sizes small to encourage personal growth and individualized instruction. Training is held semi-annually during the Fall and Spring.

Introductory Training

Introduction to WebCTRL

This is a FREE, one-day, introductory course for Owner/Operator’s to enhance their knowledge of Automated Logic WebCTRL front-end software. This class is a prerequisite class to all other training courses we offer.

This is a two-day, advanced course for Owner/Operator’s to enhance their knowledge of WebCTRL Programming and Graphics software and Automated Logic Hardware. An Automated Logic Owner/Operator Factory Certification is available upon successful completion of an end of course assessment. This is a two-day course to be held at our main office in Chadds Ford, PA.
