To Our Valued Customers,
The State of Pennsylvania has issued new COVID-19 guidelines effective Friday November 27th, which provide updated guidance on business practices (as well as overall general personal guidance) relative to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases.
As a result, we have revised our company COVID-19 policy to reflect these changes:
- Before the start of each workday, our employees must take their temperature prior to entering the office or job site. In the event of an elevated temperature or fever of 100.4° or higher, employees must go/remain home and immediately notify their manager.
- We will continue to practice enhanced cleaning protocols based on CDC guidelines.
- No outside visitors are permitted at the office unless essential to business operations. Visitors will need approval beforehand.
It is likely this will continue well into January and/or until COVID–19 cases reduce significantly. This is all done in the spirit of reducing the spread and overall number of COVID–19 cases and to create as safe an environment as possible for everyone.
We continue to closely monitor both customer communication as well as local, state and federal agency communications related to COVID-19 response. We will continue to adjust our approach in real time based on the facts and will communicate updates to you via e-mail, LinkedIn, and our Radius Website (www.radiussystemsllc.com).
As always, please reach out to me at any time with any questions or concerns.
