Regardless of the level of service you choose all of our service technicians are factory trained and certified in system setup and configuration, programming and graphics, and system troubleshooting and analysis.
Radius also has a team of dedicated service engineering support at the ready! Our service engineers are ALC/WebCTRL trained and certified in configuration, programming and analysis, remotely or on-site for system trouble calls and small projects.
Radius is “at your service” with our mobile fleet of trained service techs that can cover most of our territory daily. That means that Radius can rapidly respond to your service needs since there is likely already a technician in YOUR area. Also in support of our tech team is an extensive inventory of parts at our headquarters, satellite locations and “rolling” truck inventory to address emergency situations.
