This client is a major regional healthcare provider with facilities throughout Southern New Jersey, including regional full-service hospitals in Atlantic City and Galloway, NJ. In 2011, Radius Systems was contacted to perform an engineering analysis of the existing building control systems at several of their healthcare facilities, and develop a plan to implement the BACnet-based Automated Logic WebCTRL system throughout. Additionally, the Hospital sought to use WebCTRL as a common platform to integrate their existing Building Automation Systems in remote facilities.

The result: Radius System is currently installing a new Automated Logic BACnet Building Automation System for a 100KSF addition and renovation project. This includes a PACU addition, SPD renovation and renovations and upgrades to Cardiac Operating Rooms and integration to new switchgear equipment.

Radius Systems has also completed several AHU control retrofits to correct previously deficient controls. Additionally, Radius Systems is working to integrate one of the existing control systems at a medical office building in Hammonton, NJ to the enterprise-wide Automated Logic platform.
